It's Cindy again. My top (section9,10) is more or less done, as you can see by the first photo. The other 2 photos show details of the train and the kite. This is lots of fun!
I love all the polka dots and the bright colors. I do think that the castle needs some darker colors on it to stand out - maybe some rock fabrics? or some swirly pillars?
HI Cindy: The train looks ready to chug-away! I love the background that you chose for it. Maybe some red or gold accents would pop the castle forward? I can see your idea of some craggy darker quilting lines to create stone blocks... Peggy PS The OPL committee loves the quilt and us for doing this!
